Craftsbury Quad Reflects on Trials Win, Looks Ahead to Qualification Regatta

After training in Sarasota, Fla., for weeks leading up to the 2016 U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Team Trials – Rowing, Benjamin Davison (Inverness, Fla.), Benjamin Dann (Pound Ridge, N.Y.), John Graves (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Peter Graves (Cincinnati, Ohio) won the men’s quad at Nathan Benderson Park April 19.
SARASOTA, Fla. – After training in Sarasota for weeks leading up to the 2016 U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Team Trials – RowingBenjamin Davison (Inverness, Fla.), Benjamin Dann (Pound Ridge, N.Y.), John Graves (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Peter Graves (Cincinnati, Ohio) won the men’s quadruples sculls event at Nathan Benderson Park on April 19.

The Craftsbury Sculling Center crew earned the right to represent the United States at the Final Olympic Qualification Regatta next month in Lucerne, Switzerland and add the boat class to the Olympic schedule with a top-two finish. Following its race, the crew talked about the importance of their training, the upcoming qualification regatta and their plans for preparation.
