Immediately christened the "Bear Pair" after crushing the Mercer Lake course record at 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials II, Nareg Guregian (North Hills, Calif.) and Anders Weiss (Barrington, R.I.) now have their eyes set on Rio.
Immediately christened the "Bear Pair" after crushing the Mercer Lake course record at 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials II, Nareg Guregian (North Hills, Calif.) and Anders Weiss (Barrington, R.I.) now have their eyes set on Rio. The California Golden Bear (Guregian) and the Brown Bear (Weiss) decisively beat a field of veteran oarsmen which held two Olympians and all former national team members. 

Now, the pair will begin to prepare for the ultimate the test: the 2016 Olympic Games. Hear what they had to say about winning Trials.
